May I introduce myself to
you, my name is Steve Dempsey and I would like to inform you of my tuitional service.
I am the principal tutor/owner of
I have been teaching guitar, rhythym, lead, electric,
acoustic and bass guitar, on a full time professional basis for the past three
years, previously I taught on a part time basis. I am a professional musician
who not only teaches but has played in many bands. I have played guitar in many
different circumstances from endless pubs and clubs etc., to playing in front
of Her Royal Highness, Princess Anne. As you can imagine my musical interests
are extremeny varied ranging from Classical to Jazz - from Blues to Rock - from Heavy Metal to Funk and
Disco. I have also been a member in two of the top choirs in Stockport which
may have taken me not only to many different
Cathedrals and Town Halls etc., but also to the Sainsbury's Young Musician of
the Year Awards held at the Royal Festival Hall,
Guitar
School is equipped with the most modern and up-to-date high tech equipment that
is available so that pupils may have a precise understanding of how to make
music and how professional music is made, of course pupils have the
opportunities to use my equipment not only in lessons but in other activities
such as in School Gigs!!
Not only am I experienced in music tuition and performance but also have
experience in profesional recording studios,
recording both original and cover songs. My latest CD, 'Back to the Roots' is
at present in its final stages of production. This is a solo album on which I
have played all the instruments except percussion, I
have also co-engineered and produced the album.
